Jose Perpetuo M. Lotilla

Biography

Usec Jose Perpetuo “Juju” M. Lotilla was born in Sibalom, Antique. A consistent honor since his grade school. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts, Major in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines and currently the Vice President of the Philippine Bar Association. Before joining the DOTC Undersecretary Lotilla has been a Senior Partner of Sycip Salazar Hernandez &Gatmaitan Law Offices. UsecLotilla serves as Corporate Secretary of Coastal Road Corp. He also served as President at Synergy Grid & Development Phils., Inc. (formerly, UEM Development Philippines Inc). He serves as Chairman of Janlo Corp. He has been an Independent Director of SB Capital Investment Corporation since April 30, 2004 and PNOC Petrochemical Dev. Corp. since May 1, 2001. He served as Chairman of UEM Development Philippines Inc. and has been its Director since May 2000 and SB Equities Inc. since March 10, 2004. Now he heads the DOTC Legal Service and currently in-charge of the Civil Aviation Sector of the Department. Also, he is the Alternate Chairman of the RP Air Negotiating Panel.

Biography

Kyunghee Park has been with Bloomberg for 14 years, starting in Seoul. She covers the airlines, shipping and shipbuilding industry in Asia Pacific. Kyunghee has interviewed newsmakers at airlines, shipping lines and government officials, including Lui Tuck Yew, Singapore’s Transport Minister; Wei Jiafu, CEO of China Cosco Holdings Co.; Chew Choon Seng, former CEO of Singapore Airlines, Loh Chin Hwa, CEO of Keppel Corp. and Emirsyah Satar, CEO of Garuda Indonesia. Kyunghee worked in Singapore a total six years and has been in Hong Kong for three years with Bloomberg. Prior to Bloomberg News, she worked at Dow Jones for five years and the Associated Press for two years in Seoul.

Biography

Greg Lindsay is a journalist, urbanist, and speaker. He is a contributing writer for the Fast Company and an author of the international bestseller Aerotropolis: The Way We’ll Live Next. He is a visiting scholar at New York University’s Rudin Center for Transportation Policy and Management studying mobility and connectivity, and also an affiliate of the New England Complex Systems Institute (NECSI). His writing has appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, The Financial Times, McKinsey Quarterly, World Policy Journal, Next American City, Time, Wired, New York, Slate, Marie Claire Italia, Travel+Leisure, Conde Nast Traveller, and Departures. He was previously a contributing writer for Fortune and an editor for Fortune and editor-at-large for Advertising Age. Mr. Lindsay speaks frequently about globalization, innovation, and the future of cities, most recently at the London School of Economics, the Institute for the Future, Intel Labs, the Museum of Modern Art, the World Policy Institute, the Asia Society, and Columbia University. His work with Studio Gang Architects on the future of suburbia was on display at the MoMA from February through August 2012. He is currently working with UCLA’s cityLAB to re-imagine the economy and urbanism of the Ecuadorean Amazon.
